We had a few goals when developing Frogurt. (1) We wanted to provide products that are healthy alternatives to ice cream to meet needs of consumers’ wanting to live a healthy lifestyle. (2) We wanted the yogurt shop to benefit the local Santa Feans! This is one reason why we picked Rodeo Plaza for our location. (3) Lastly, we wanted it to be a place where people would enjoy spending time. We are always changing the look inside to keep it FUN...
We feel that the relationship with our customers comes before revenues, profits and anything financially oriented. We must gain their loyalty by providing good products and services day-in and day-out.
